Mold Making:

accountability and progressive technologies.Zhongyu excels at providing customers with tooling options that attain
optimum cost and timing solutions for their time critical projects. We aim at supplying our customers the most fitful mold solutions.
CNC Machining :
Our modern CNC’s give us the capability for one hit machining of complex components therefore eliminating all
secondary operations. Our fixed head CNC benefit from quick set up times for short production runs and our single
spindle automatics allows us to keep our prices down on simpler high volume turned components.All states Machining
can offer you much more than manufacturing components and CNC machined parts. We can offer advice,
development and prototyping and can work closely with our clients to develop and turn your ideas into reality.
Equipped with more than 10 CNC Laser Engraving Machines,Zhongyu can meet up with all range of engraving needs.
Plastic Injection Molding:
Our company has 27 injection machines and most of them equipped with robots which can supply automatic work.
Our injection machines are from 50T to 360T, they can meet up with most of injection molding requirements.
Strick with 5S,we make sure every detail of our injection molding shop be perfect for every product.
Surface Treatment:
In the third floor of our plant,there are cleaning rooms for product surface treatment.We have
comprehensive surface treatment methods and technologies to provide you with quality finishes.
We can supply silk screen,paint and plating service.
