Injection mold design is completed, must carry on the strict and systematic review procedures, can be manufactured, its basic audit are as follows.
  1.Overall audit die design. Consider the process of plastic raw materials, processing performance, and the influence on the forming quality of injection molding machine; the defects in the process of forming, is adopted in the design of some targeted measures; the structure size forming part of the design is correct, whether the size precision guaranteed injection products required; or considering the requirements of die oriented precision injection molding products, structural design guide mechanism is reasonable; molding parts and supporting parts have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the quality of mold, molding; mold in the assembly and use of the process, often need to debug and trimming die, so in the mold design, should consider the test and repair mould die; mold assembly to often encountered, therefore, must consider the skid groove, assembly and disassembly with mounting holes and traction screw, it shall make an obvious mark; mold always need to handle, convenient transportation, to consider the rings for handling or lifting screw hole, and make a mark.
  2.die structure review. Die structure and basic parameters must match the specifications of the injection molding machine to be installed; parting surface mold choice is whether reasonable, there is no causes flash may, products are reliable ejection molding parts; structural design is reasonable, whether has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing, convenient assembly; injection system design reasonable, gate location is appropriate, whether the gate to adapt with the plastic raw material, if appropriate shape and size of gate and runner; design institutions and side parting and core pulling mechanism is reasonable, safe and reliable ejection; whether to temperature control system, such as the need to design circuit, the heating and cooling medium. Whether it is reasonable; if need to set the exhaust mechanism, if required, should check the settings are reasonable; dimensions mold affect installation, fastening mode selection is reasonable and reliable.
  3.mold design review. Audit assembly drawings, pay attention to whether the assembly parts of the clear, with the code is accurate, standard parts are complete, and the list of numbers are corresponding; approve part drawing, whether the dimension tolerance and shape position tolerance and adapt to the assembly diagram, parts of the material choice is whether reasonable, molding parts easy to wear place whether reserve the grinding quantity.
