For small mold can use sub surface clearance exhaust, but the parting surface should be at the end of filling melt; exhaust tappet clearance. Tappet clearance and template or cores between, can be used as the exhaust channel; the gap between the core and the location of the exhaust hole; insert clearance exhaust. This is the fit clearance between the exhaust forming block and template; side core gap discharge. This is the gap between the side core and the template, as the exhaust passage; a movable core gap discharge. This is the gap between the movable core and the template as the exhaust passage exhaust.
