  3.check parts. According to the assembly diagram, parts list, count the number of parts is enough, then each part carefully cleaned, carefully check the major components, such as shape and dimension tolerance cavity, find out the parts of the surface gap, machining allowance, have without deformation and crack defect.
  4.to master the technology condition of acceptance mould. The mold acceptance conditions and acceptance standard mold quality basis, is also the assembly process based on. The acceptance condition is required with the customer to sign the technical agreement and product drawing technology and consulting the quality standards promulgated by the state, so before assembly, workers must be fully understood for the technical conditions, so as to give full attention in the assembly, the assembly qualified mold.
  5.develop assembly site. Mold assembly, the need to have a good assembly site, the site must be clean, can not have any impurity, and to the assembly of the necessary work, clamp, gauges and other required assembly equipment ready, and wipe clean, open up a civilized production site.
  6.prepare standard parts and related materials.
